An Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) session is an individualized, structured therapy session designed to help children build communication, social, play, learning, and daily living skills through evidence-based teaching strategies. Sessions may include play-based activities, structured teaching, natural environment learning, and positive reinforcement to encourage meaningful skill development. Therapists work on individualized goals created by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while tracking progress through ongoing data collection and observation. ABA sessions are tailored to each child’s unique strengths, needs, and interests to promote independence and participation in everyday life.
