Pallavi Kulkarni, M.A, BCBA
Pallavi Kulkarni is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 8 years of experience providing evidence-based behavioral services to children with developmental and behavioral needs. Her work focuses on helping clients build meaningful skills, improve independence, and enhance their quality of life through compassionate, individualized care.
She has worked across a variety of settings, including in-home programs, hospitals, schools, and private clinics in USA and India. This diverse experience has allowed her to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, caregivers, and medical professionals to design effective behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs.
Her approach emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and family collaboration. She strongly believe that successful intervention involves empowering caregivers and educators with practical strategies that support lasting change in everyday environments.
She specializes in conducting behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, and training parents and staff to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Kesha is a Behavior Therapist supporting children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs. She is currently pursuing her QBA certification Her work has been shaped by her experience in the UK, where she worked within special education settings supporting school children through structured behavioral interventions individualized support strategies, and collaborative, multidisciplinary approaches.
In addition to her clinical experience, she provides counselling for both adults and children, which has further strengthened her ability to work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clinical understanding. Her practice is grounded in a strong commitment to care and a belief in the unique potential of every child when provided with the right support and environment. She is particularly passionate about early intervention, positive behavior support, and creating structured, supportive spaces that enable children to grow with confidence.

Ankita is a Behavior Therapist and has over 6 years of experience working with children and individuals with diverse learning and developmental needs. She spent 3 years as part of a private school's Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Counseling team, supporting students through individualized interventions and collaborative care. She enjoys helping learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
Ankita is passionate about creating supportive and individualized learning experiences. She strongly believes that every individual, regardless of their differences, has the ability to learn and grow at their own pace and in their own unique way. Her approach is guided by patience, empathy, and a commitment to identifying effective strategies that make learning meaningful, accessible, and enjoyable for each learner.

Sunita is a Behavior Therapist with a deep interest in helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives. She is committed to expanding her expertise in behavior analysis and evidence-based intervention practices.
She is passionate about working closely with children and their families to understand each child's unique strengths and challenges. Her goal is to create nurturing, engaging, and structured environments where children feel supported, confident, and motivated to learn. She believes that meaningful progress happens when interventions are individualized, compassionate, and focused on the child's overall development. Seeing children gain confidence, develop new abilities, and reach important milestones is what inspires her every day.
